Return & Exchange Policy

At LALEH, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed and unaltered

• With all original tags attached

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by the order details or proof of purchase

Please do not send any items back before receiving return approval and instructions from our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that:

• Have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Are missing original tags or packaging

• Are purchased as final sale items

Each returned item must be in the same condition as received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color changes only, depending on product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us first. Any price difference and applicable shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Deposit & Order Cancellation

For made-to-order items or items requiring preparation, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.

The deposit confirms your order and covers preparation costs. Deposits are non-refundable in case of order cancellation after production or preparation has started.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the available refund method.

Please note that payment providers or banks may require additional processing time.
